1. Consultancy Agreement
The NEXORA consultancy agreement governs the legal relationship between NEXORA Unternehmensberatung GmbH and the client for all consulting services.
The consultancy agreement is used in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and individually adapted to each project.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
The NEXORA non-disclosure agreement protects confidential information of both contractual parties within the framework of business relationships, negotiations and project work.
Our NDA template complies with the requirements of Austrian and European law and can be structured bilaterally or unilaterally.

3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
The NEXORA data processing agreement (DPA) is concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR when NEXORA processes personal data on behalf of and under the instructions of the client.
The DPA is a mandatory component for all consulting projects in which NEXORA gains access to personal data of the client.
