NEXORA provides management consulting and related coordination services within the scope of its trade licence. The main characteristics, scope, fees and project-specific conditions are set out in the relevant Commercial Proposal / offer, Order Confirmation and, where applicable, an individual project agreement.

Where a fixed price is displayed for a specific service, the website must indicate whether VAT and other charges are included. If the price is not fixed in advance, the price, method of calculation or a sufficiently detailed cost estimate is provided on request or before contract conclusion.
